About 80% of the parts we make are shipped to the European and US markets.

How long does a job typically take? How long can I expect to receive parts after submitting a design?

Our lead time to dispatch an order is usually 6-8 weeks depending on the raw material availability and number of components in the order. When we receive rolling forecasts, we can dispatch orders as per customer demand.

Is there a minimum quantity part requirement?

We run production lots from EAU’s of 500 pieces to millions of pieces. The minimum quantity requirement will vary from project to project. If we can source the low volume raw material, we will machine it.

What is your manufacturing range / capability?

We machine parts from 3mm - 150mm in diameter. We can look at bigger sizes as and when required.

What materials do you work with?

We machine parts in steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminium, copper, bronze, etc.

Do you have parts on-hand ready to purchase?

We make components based on customer design and specifications. We do not have any catalogue parts.

What industries can/do you serve?

We cater to Automotive, Hydraulic, Electric, Pneumatic, Oil & Gas and Refrigeration industries.

What products do you specialize in?

We specialise in all products which require turning and milling. We can also provide machined forged and cast fittings.
